Greeting from Rick

Hi everyone. Thought I'd just share a little with you today. Things are going well and we are excited about getting ready to start our classes to begin connecting people to the vision. God is so faithful!

The last several months of our lives have been such a journey for us. All through our Christian walk, there are things we pray for, desire, dreams, sometimes not knowing the requirements it will take to see those come to pass. I knew this change was going to be the biggest we had ever made. It was going to be a spiritual change, a directional change, and a geographical change. We weren't trying to get away from something but be obedient to God. You see, if there's one thing I've learned over all my years of ministry and life, is this...the grass is never greener on the other side (except over the septic tank :>). Pastor Randy's word's ring in my head as he always said, "Your ability to hear God's voice and do what He says, determines your success." If we don't stay focused on God's will for our lives, then by default we begin trusting in what God's blessed us with, instead of trusting God. Now, don't get me wrong... blessings are good and God wants us blessed. But true success is simply being in the will of God, then blessings come.

Even though God has brought us back to ground zero, we have seen God move in our lives and ministry. God is bringing people in, we are seeing people give their lives to Christ, and connect with this house. We are so thankful to know there are people in Fresno praying for us and believe in what we are doing. Your prayers and support are making a difference in people's lives. We so miss our friends and family. Our love and prayers are with you.
