I guess it's official! We had to get our Tennessee drivers license. We thought the DMV experience might be different here but no, it's the same! Same long lines, waiting in line to get a number so you can wait in line to get to the counter so you can then wait in another line to get your picture taken so you can then wait in another line to pick up your license! Exhausting! Anyway, it's for sure...we're here! Tennessee drivers license and all.
We hope you all had a happy Easter! I love this time of year. It's like a fresh new time, the beginning of spring. It makes me want to get busy planting flowers! Rick just says, "No, please, don't!" It his effort to save the flowers from a long slow death. I guess they need a little thing called "water"?
Anyway, we spent Easter with Rick's parents and Mike, Angela and Alex. We had a good time. Of course, we had the easter egg hunt for Alex. We did miss our Fresno family so much and the gang we usually hang out with on Easter.

Ashley's motto is that you are never too old for these holidays. I think it's mostly the holidays associated with any type of gifts! She couldn't stand not coloring Easter eggs so she had to "help" Alex. Of course, she did get her usual basket from the "Easter Bunny"! What have we done????

As far as the church goes, we are just waiting on our insurance paperwork to be finalized. We have to have that in hand when we apply for the school. Once that goes through, we are set to go! Thank you for all your prayers and encouragement. It means the world to us. As time goes on, we miss all of you even more. We love you!
