It's raining, it's pouring, the Old Man is...at Starbucks!

Ok, so this is a loooong video! I kind of got carried away. We are still so fascinated by these storms. We just wanted you to enjoy a little bit of it.....


Now the crazy thing is, one hour earlier, Ashley was laying out by the swimming pool in the sun! They had just finished resurfacing the parking lot a couple hours earlier (which is why there are cars parked on the road). And Rick and I were just getting ready to leave the house for a meeting when this downpour happened. Great fun!!!! An umbrella hardly prepares you for this!

Anyway, things are going well. We are excited and ready for the weekend. We met with a couple this week who is going to be connecting with us. They are so excited about the church. They said they have been praying for someplace like this where they could be challenged and grow. They already seem to be really connecting which is great. God is good.
