We're not sure how to even begin to share what God has done for Gateway Life just since the first of the year. After almost two years of setting up and tearing down every week, meeting in a school, dealing with the unknowns of where we'll be, we are happy to share the Gateway Life Church now has the keys to our very own building!!! Praise God!In January, Pastor led us into a seven day corporate fast. Some went one or two days, many went the entire seven days.....a water only fast. We knew that God was going to do some mighty things during our time of consecration to Him. Two days after we completed the fast, we received a call about a building in Bellevue that might be coming open. It was a building we didn't even know existed. We've been working the process since then and finally this past week, the deal was done! We got the keys to our own facility!
It will give us the ability to take this ministry to a whole new level! We have so much room! A great sanctuary space, so many classrooms, a complete lower level with its own kitchen and restrooms (can you say "Youth Facility"???). Not only that, we have a full kitchen upstairs, commercial sized, plenty of parking and on and on!
We are so excited about what God is doing! We were able to share it with the congregation today and man, could you just feel the excitement and gratitude in that place! Our church people have been so faithfully committed to the process that we have been in. They have shown up every week to set equipment up, stayed late to take all the equipment down, even with us adding more and more equipment, no one ever complained! God rewards those who are diligent to do what He's called them to do! And today, we got to taste just the beginning of those rewards!
We just wanted to share it with you....there is so much excitement stirring in the team and congregation. We know what God has promised will come to pass in this territory! Thank you for your prayers and support!
